Hello everyone. I needed some questions answered so I decided to stop lurking and sign up. My first FP was a Sheaffer nononsense calligraphy kit my parents got me as a kid in the 80s. I still have it, and like it but it requires a certain precision to write with to keep the corners from snagging. Over the years I tried a few more hobby store cheap italic pens before finally getting hooked earlier this year. I generally have a pilot penmanship in my pants pocket with sailor kiwaguro along with a twsbi go that I swapped the EF nib out for an fpr #5 ultra flex. It generally has something colorful in it. The first for bad paper and the other for everything else. My chest pocket usually has a Sheaffer 1949 TD with something non alkaline and either an eyedroppered prera or an ahab with #6 ultraflex depending on the depth of the pocket. I often have a muji or some fude on me as well. I like calligraphy and drawing both.

You can use micro mesh or a manicure buffing stick to *gently* round the corners. It won't take much so don't be too aggressive.
