Owning that would be a hard pass from me....  Do I even want to know WHY such a pen exists?  Oh, it's a ballpoint, so I can DEFINITELY pass....

It seems that the first creator had experience with Anisakis infection and made this to raise awareness and uploaded the image to Twitter.
