another Cross Century II acquired

I recently bought this new-in-box Cross Century II 175th Anniversary fountain pen.  Quite stunning, the pictures don't do it justice.

 

I filled the provided converter with Blue Quink, got the pen writing, opened up my Clairefontaine notebook, and began writing.  The "feel" is smooth, very smooth.  No skips, no blots, just very very smooth, Quite Impressive for right out of the box.  As with other Century II FP's, the feel in the hand is excellent.  Medium nib, ink flow is "just right."
