Platinum cartridges

Ive used pilot cartridges and refilled them without issues. 

 

Does anyone have experience doing this w platinum cartridges?

Yes, many times. No problems.

Cool. Thanks. Funny thing is I meant to pull out the cartridge on my flight, but we had to taxi for 20 minutes so I kept writing.  After my flight I was surprised it didnt leak!  Maybe got lucky w the short 3 hr flight.

The Japanese are so thoughtful they seal there their cartridges with a meatball ball that works quite effectively. I think they mall fall back in place and effectively reseal the cartridges where the collector enters the cartridge
