Stylus tip for blind end of Pelikan

I've mentioned this at least once or twice before (most recently here), but until now, I haven't brought it up to our local "maker" community.

Anybody here have any thoughts on how one would attach a stylus-tip (for touch-screens) to the fill-knob at the blind end of a Pelikan?

Without gluing it to the fill-knob, or drilling/cutting into the pen, or interfering with filling it, and without making it impossible to post the cap?

The thought had occurred to me that something could be made from thin-walled brass tubing, but how would one taper the tubing to match the taper of the fill-knob?
