I endeavour to be frank and truthful in what I write, show or otherwise present, when I relate my first-hand experiences that are not independently verifiable; and link to third-party content where I can, when I make a claim or refute a statement of fact in a thread. If there is something you can verify for yourself, I entreat you to do so, and judge for yourself what is right, correct for valid. I may be wrong, and my position or say-so is no more authoritative and carries no more weight than anyone else's here.

Now I see some extra details, I get somewhat more surprised.

The converter included looks very low quality. Does it not take standard sized converters like the cheaper Alpha or its clones? That would be a step back.

I can't but wonder, if they cut it so short on the converter, what else might have they cut on?

With that price tag, it would be nice to know if the Ti content of the alloy is significant and whether the screws and plates are safely fixed (say soldered). It would be a pity if they can come loose and be lost.

Moonman A1 is a well made pen with similar screws. Can't think of a reason they would make this pen of a lesser quality.  We'll see the feedback soon enough.
