Pilot C823 special edition, beautiful but expensive

Tokyo retailer Shosaikan offers a Custom 823 special edition limited to 100 pens (<—link). For some reason that I haven’t quite figured out yet, I find this pen very appealing. It really speaks to me. The cosmetic changes are subtle yet effective. Love the understated beauty of the nib! The only thing that’s stopping me is the price. Taking import duty into the equation it would become too much when compared to a regular C823.

It's unclear to me whether there are 100 pieces each fitted with F, M and B nibs, or 100 pieces in total. Considering that the pen has a different Japanese Article Number depending on the nib on it, I wouldn't be surprised if there are in fact 300 such pens.
