I am also in Billings, MT and have yet to find any networking opportunities for pen enthusiast in the area.  I've been writing with a fountain pen exclusively for almost a year and just discovered FPN.  I've checked all of the area pawn shops for vintage fountain pens and they look at me like I'm half crazy.  I'll keep looking and see if I find anything.  Cheers!
