Can you help identify this pen?

I've taken a pretty extensive look online, and can't seem to find this style of Cross pen. It doesn't quite look like a Townsend or Century II to me. Any thoughts?

This seems to be a Cross Townsend but there are two rare things there: the clip and the single ring on the lip of the cap.  It might be an old or a special edition.  Very interesting indeed.

Did a bit more searching - it seems it's a Century 2000, a special edition for the millennium. Basically the cap of a Century with the body of a Townsend. Thanks both for your help.

Good find. The Century 2000 had limited distribution while it was being manufactured, and it tends not to be in the front rank of most people's recollections.

It isn't a Townsend -- it lacks the distinctive two rings at the bottom of the cap (the top of the cap and the bottom of the barrel are exactly like a Townsend, though). It's definitely a Century 2000 -- great pens, in my experience. Great find!
