Wolverine1
Galaxy- while we are discussing the pen, what kind of paper will you be using to take you class notes and to do your school work on? Because, while the pen is important, your choice of paper is also very important on deciding what your overall writing experience is going to be like. I am not in school, but, I am sitting in or a History course that is being taught by one of my neighbors, it is a class on the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. Despite it being a Zoom class, I have to take plenty of notes, and I seem to have had good luck using the Office Depot's "Sustainable Professional" writing pads, made of sugar-cane fiber. They are the standard 8.5"X11.75" size and is wide ruled. This product is also available in smaller sizes. And it seems to work very well with my pens,, though, it performs best with my Lamy Al-Star with a fine nib, my Parker Duofold Centennial with a fine nib, and my MB 149 with a fine nib also. Medium nibs seem to lay down a lot more ink, and the paper seems to act a bit like blotting paper. But, fine nibs seem to work out just fine. Best of luck in your classes.
