Vicary
As a little backstory, I'm helping a friend who recently dramatically downsized his house to try to get a handle on his storage space by cutting back on pens. Modern Conway Stewarts are a great place to start if you're trying to save room, since their boxes are so ridiculously oversized. In any case, I listed a bunch for sale, but these sterling silver and enamel over sterling silver models were so beautiful I wanted to share them on their own. Part of the fun of going through this collection has been finding all of these beautiful pens, some of which I forgot even existed! Visible here are three of the Elegance Elements series pens- the Fire, Air, and Water. Also there's a Westminster Teal, and what I think is just a sterling silver 58. Beautiful pen, but with the smaller 58 nib. I have one of my own sterling Conways...now that I'm thinking about it maybe I'll snap a picture of that one too...maybe you want to post your sterling or enamel Conway Stewarts here too! best,Doug
FPNRLCC
I saw you post this on Facebook as well Doug. Truly, that's a mighty set of pens! I highly encourage you to take more pictures of each individual pen before they get sold for posterity's sake. These are rare pieces and I'm sure you'd be doing a great service to the hobby by capturing the details of each pen for reference. Cheers! That Westminster is simply stunning. HoxtonBridge
What a beautiful collection. I don't own a Conway Stewart pen, but I am now taking a trip to their website.... Thanks for posting.
warblerick
I only have one that fits this category, but happy to share it here. It's a 2006-2007 Windsor, limited edition No. 15/100. Sterling silver with a marbled overlay, hand crafted by English gunsmiths. Mine has a medium 18ct two-tone nib. My grail (and avatar) pen.
