Thumbs Up To Endlesspens

Hi folks,

Just a note to share good things about endless pens. I've been in touch with them a couple of times today. First I lost my shipping details for a package on the way, and they were able to resend details almost immediately. Then I bought something else (after all, I was on the site anyway, right?) and managed to mess up the HopDrop code. I didn't realize until the purchase was through. I contacted them sheepishly and asked if it was too late, and got a refund to my credit card equal to the 19% by return email.

Overall, I've been very impressed with endlesspens, and delighted with all purchases. Today I was being especially daft and received outstanding service.

Thank you, and well done, endlesspens!

Ralf

Thanks for sharing your experience; I was also happy with my shopping experience with them.

I think it is important to know when Vendors perform as expected but also more important to hear when they solve a problem for their customer. I believe in supporting the Vendors who value customer service.

They are good...

I don't know how they do it...

But their deals are insane.

I bought a Safari and a 2000 from them, and have nothing but good things to say about them.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Endless Pens, their customer service as I have experienced it is excellent. I am not, however, very enticed by the need to pre-order so many of the pens they have for sale these days. That's my own shortcoming, I am just too impatient to wait up to 120 days.

Also, don't assume that their price is always the lowest -- I have beaten their prices by a considerable amount a couple of times, from legitimate sources, by fortunate timing (such as liquidation of discontinued models).

Usually you get the insane deals with promotions and clearness models.

(You don't find new Lamy Safaris for $15.00 shipped to your home every day...)

I’ve bought Lamy pens from them: Al-Star, Safari and Studio plus converters. I waited to shop around holidays when some of the best prices are. This includes Independence Day and even Labor Day. I also got Waterman and Sailor inks as well.

I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

It is the reason why I'm so keen on the idea of a personal library — of pens, nibs, inks, paper products, etc. — and spent so much money, as well as time and effort, to “build” it for myself (because I can't simply remember everything, especially as I'm getting older fast) and my wife, so that we can “know”; and, instead of just disposing of what displeased us, or even just not good enough to be “given the time of day” against competition from >500 other pens and >500 other inks for our at

Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

Alas, one cannot know “good” without some idea of “bad” against which to contrast; and, as one of my former bosses (back when I was in my twenties) used to say, “on the scale of good to bad…”, it's a spectrum, not a dichotomy. Whereas subjectively acceptable (or tolerable) and unacceptable may well be a dichotomy to someone, and finding whether the threshold or cusp between them lies takes experiencing many degrees of less-than-ideal, especially if the decision is somehow influenced by factors o

I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature. If they are too delicate, or can’t be posted, or they are too precious to face losing , still they are users, but only in very limited environments..  I have a big disliking for pens that have the cap jump into the air and fly off. I object to Pens that dry out, or leave blobs o
