Pelikan has just announced a new member to its Classic series, the

Pelikan Special Edition Classic M200 Pastel-Green fountain pen and the

Pelikan Special Edition Classic K200 Pastel-Green ballpoint pen.

As I tend to favor more pale, pastel-like ink hues, such a Pelikan fountain pen is of interest to me.

Looking at the product information, an EF nib might be ideal for my needs.

I like my EF nib in the 200s. It's very smooth and for some reason it doesn't irk me that it's broader than most of my other pens.

I can't stand the swirley acrylic. It just looks so cheap compared to the m400, almost like knockoffs.

 

I prefer my M215 rings and 205 demo.
