Diamine Vivaldi (Music Collection)

Very nice ink, that has been reviewed before. Colorful, yet subdued enough to be used at work.

I made a mistake in not having enough ink in it to start the review, so the review is a bit two colored.

The first part, seems a bit dryish, when the ink was nearly over. When I filled it, it was very wet, and you can see the sudden change to a dark color. Towards the end of the page it evens out to a more realistic shade. I'm using a 0.6 mm JoWo stub, that is not overly wet, I think. Thanks to all the other reviewers before me to make me aware of this ink, so I got a sample. Will likely buy it on my next ink shipment from Diamine!

I like it. A legible grey with a touch of purple, very close to Diamine Earl Grey on my monitor. Thanks for the review.

Thanks! I'd say it's a purple with a touch of grey. I haven't tried Earl Grey, though.

There are some really nice inks in Diamine's Musician set, and Vivaldi is certainly one of them; right between purple and grey, neither crazy nor boring.

It must be great for drawing, too

Ack, to me this color is dreadfully melancholy-inducing, shudder. But it is somewhat similar to Iroshizuku Fuyu-Syogun which is my favorite Gray.

Thank you for the review!

Another review of this favorite, on better paper, and hopefully better scan

@Ruaidhri This was an absolutely wonderful bit of writing, and I hope that you're able to maintain the style once all of the medications are out of your system.  Take care and recover quickly!

These comments make me sad as I sympathise with Ruaidhri, having great difficulties in being taken seriously. Or being taken at all (no off-colors jokes, please!) In spite of overwhelming odds,  Ruaidhri -now I know how to spell it- made a courageous decision and stuck to it. I was diagnosed with a similar growth in a place I will not reveal. Oh, well, if you insist it was Mount Sinai Hospital. But I firmly intend to walk in Ruaidhri's footsteps, if he will let me, on my next visit to Dublin.

Was that the end of the Laboratory? Somehow the exactitude created a fully destructive device, as always!
