It's a bit far for my current travel budget. Any availability closer to the U.S. east coast?

Beautiful pens, BTW!

Can these be made in a bakul finish? If so, how do they look?

Dear Mr. Kandan

Any chances of having more options for clips?

The current ones seem to standardize the beautiful diverse models that Ranga Offers.

Some more options for the clips can add further variety!

OH WoW what was the material on 9B? I love it!

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

It caught my eye too. Would look lovely with RT/CT rather than GT.

Dip n Scratch

I feel the urge to send Mr Kandan yet more of my hard-earned money coming on.

These pens look like something that should be licked and have 'BLACKPOOL' or 'CONEY ISLAND' lettered through the middle!

Imagine the rod used for the 9b made into a Sugarcane.

Only thing is whether the rods are thick enough to make certain models. I need a section thickness of between 10 & 12mm for comfort.

I'd like a green model 4 with flat ends. With black used for the section, the very ends of the cap & the barrel, like a late 1940's Conway-Stewart 55 I saw. It would need to have a different clip or a roll-stopper at the very least.

I think that it is going to be a case of taking a number and waiting very patiently in the queue.

I love the Giant Bamboo complex blue acrylic, and also the coffee-and-cream cracked type acrylic of that Model 3. Would love to get model 3/3C/4/4C in either of those colors.

I think you might actually get that done.

The model 4 is flat ends. The model 4C has rounded ends.

The section can surely be made different colour, the cap end also, as the clip version has two separate pieces for cap body and top. I'm not sure about the bottom finial on the model 4. Ranga pen barrels usually are one single piece, although the Emperor has black finials, so it can be done.

This is the Emperor

Well...at least this is on ebonite, on acrylic you need to ask Mr. Kandan.

Ah yes, the Emperor model. I wish I could get one with flat ends and threaded for JoWo nib housing, rather than Bock.

Not sure if this has been suggested already but would a setting for localized regions or chapters in FPN be helpful? I don't know if there is a way to find local FPN members who would be nearby. I don't know if we want to be discoverable but a setting to know how many members are in 25, 50, or a 100 miles of each other might be helpful. We can create a regions specific network like Craigslist where people could use that to connect with nearby members, conduct in person sales, arrange FPN meetups

Hi again all, I forgot to tell y'all that I made the post about Sweden ink PIF. Most have probably found it long ago, but here's a link, anyway:

I read your blog post and all the replies with much interest. I'm a FP user in Australia. Been part of this forum for years but rarely post. I did come across your ink sharing thread and considered participation. For me it's not lack of interest but lack of time to play around with FP and inks. I'd feel bad to put my hand up for the box and just have it sit until gosh knows when...   I also think that the FP community in Australia is smaller, and I wonder how many in the community are

Even so, you'd end up with a fragmented list, and it becomes an O(N²) process for each prospective requestor to check what is available: effectively recreate the list of currently active servers (without any reliable up-to-date info upfront about the inks and number of samples on offer in the thread) from the sequential list of posts, which may be spread over two or even more pages, and then query each server independently to check what is currently on offer.   It comes down to not hav
