Greetings everybody!

I am a new member here in FPN and I am actually quite nervous to be here  (this is actually my first post so NICE TO MEET YOU ALL)
So let me get straight to the point:

As the title said, apparently I heard that Kuretake is having their 110th Year Anniversary soon (?) and will likely released some limited models, which I would love to have :P

The problem is, I have no more information but that I stated above since their web page have no notice whatsoever and I am left with only this handout (https://imgur.com/a/HBT8CDT)

So if anyone have any ideas about this, I would love to hear your news :P

This year, Kuretake has its 116th anniversary. So, 110 = 2012

These brush pens - not fountain pens - are probably difficult to get now. Kuretake itself has no more stock, they say.

Another product at Engeika says also 110th and LE but it doesn't appear in the flyer - but could be - as the Kuretake code is very near to the code of the flyer products DAY140-21 vs DAY140-22, DAY140-23, DAY140-24

The flyer doesn't show the latter (same than the original poster has? cannot open the link on my mobile - the target wants me to install its app - which I don't) - the flyer products contain a special pen-case

Here is a link to the flyer (on dropbox): FLYER

It seems that I have mistook the year, thanks for correcting me!

The flyer which you gave me is the same with the link I gave above (I still can't figured out how to attach images here).

I am really interested in these items so your comments really help.

Big thanks :D

I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

It is the reason why I'm so keen on the idea of a personal library — of pens, nibs, inks, paper products, etc. — and spent so much money, as well as time and effort, to “build” it for myself (because I can't simply remember everything, especially as I'm getting older fast) and my wife, so that we can “know”; and, instead of just disposing of what displeased us, or even just not good enough to be “given the time of day” against competition from >500 other pens and >500 other inks for our at

Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

Alas, one cannot know “good” without some idea of “bad” against which to contrast; and, as one of my former bosses (back when I was in my twenties) used to say, “on the scale of good to bad…”, it's a spectrum, not a dichotomy. Whereas subjectively acceptable (or tolerable) and unacceptable may well be a dichotomy to someone, and finding whether the threshold or cusp between them lies takes experiencing many degrees of less-than-ideal, especially if the decision is somehow influenced by factors o

I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature. If they are too delicate, or can’t be posted, or they are too precious to face losing , still they are users, but only in very limited environments..  I have a big disliking for pens that have the cap jump into the air and fly off. I object to Pens that dry out, or leave blobs o
