Why do you think it needs disassembly? Such drastic measured are rarely needed, Usually, soaking and flushing will dissolve and clear out old ink. You can make your own pen flush: 9 parts water: 1 part regular household ammonia + a drop of dish detergent. Put a little of the solution in a slender container, enough to cover the nib, and then put the section in, nib down and soak overnight. If you have some kind of bulb syringe, you can also flush the section from the other end with some of your cleaning fluid.

Good luck.

i read that there is kind of "special tool" need to open the whole feed section, tried it with needlepoint pliers but had no chance to open it. i need to replace the nib (i have two spare nibs of this 620) and the attached nibs is cutted (flat cut for calligraphy nib purpose) *i find this lady sheaffer in flea market so maybe theres slight of hope i could restore it.
