Opinions On The Nakaya Desk Pen That I Have Ordered

Thank you for your suggestion. I don’t usually carry a notebook. I have soft notebooks at home and at my office. I have no stiff notebooks. My pens are usually carried in my shirt pocket. No shirt pocket is deep enough for this pen. My pockets barely accommodate my normal length pens. I may simply surrender and order a matching pen holder. If so, I would keep it at the office where I write much more than at home. Thank you, again.

You're welcome. FWIW, I've carried my Desk Pen in its kimono in the Quiver (sheath) without the notebook, but the only pocket I've used was in a small backpack.

 

Thus, my everyday pens are Nakaya Piccolos and two different Pilots (CH912 and Falcon/Elabo). They're easier to carry.

A final word on my Nakaya desk pen: It is wonderful to look at and touch. It is a superb writer. I have refilled it several times. I don’t mind it’s small ink capacity. That provides more opportunity to handle it and consider how I want to use it.
