Is the silicone grease preapplied in the factory? Can I use the pen without applying silicone grease?

Nope. The factory applies its own proprietary grease which is yellow/brown in color.

 

Use it as us for the moment. If you feel the ink is blobbing try silicone grease on section barrel threads.

Alright. Do you know where to get silicone grease for cheap? I looked on ebay.in and they looked a bit expensive...

Any good hardware store. Ask for metroark 611. A small jar costs 100/-
