Please Help Id This Lowly & Later Sheaffer Fountain Pen

Hey All,

 

Looking to id the model name of this later (1950 or 1960) all plastic body Sheaffer fountain pen. As you can see it uses an ink cartridge. Certainly, ​it's not a de lux.
