Ranga Bamboo

@MPKandan - thank you for dropping by. Do you have, maybe, a photo that would show all three Ranga Bamboo sizes (Regular, thin, oversize) one next to another?

Sounds like a great idea for a future FPN Group Buy...

Visvamitra, I cannot imagine a better call on the selection of olive green ebonite color with the bamboo design. The material and its imperfections almost makes the design look like natural growth.

Thank You, Visvamitra, for Your beautiful review!

Let me also show You my Ranga Bamboo pen which I ordered in the last group buy. These are my first ebonite pens and I like the ebonite very much. It feels warm in hand, and seems to be anti-scratchy. Much better than plastic.

I do not feel that the Bamboo pen is big. It weights more than the model 8 pens, but it is sufficiently ergonomic, so I do not feel its weight while writing. I do not post the cap of Bamboo (Mister Kandan wrote it can not be posted, so I decided not to try to post it, to prevent the break).

These photos are made in day light. The colours of all pens in reality is more pale.

My Bamboo is pale green. (Model 8 - one is orange + black section and the other is Rose Red – Mauve Ripple. I would say that the rose red-mauve pen is in fact a beautiful combination of red and dark blue.)

The pens write excellent, it is a pleasure to use them.

@Ruaidhri This was an absolutely wonderful bit of writing, and I hope that you're able to maintain the style once all of the medications are out of your system.  Take care and recover quickly!

These comments make me sad as I sympathise with Ruaidhri, having great difficulties in being taken seriously. Or being taken at all (no off-colors jokes, please!) In spite of overwhelming odds,  Ruaidhri -now I know how to spell it- made a courageous decision and stuck to it. I was diagnosed with a similar growth in a place I will not reveal. Oh, well, if you insist it was Mount Sinai Hospital. But I firmly intend to walk in Ruaidhri's footsteps, if he will let me, on my next visit to Dublin.

Reminds me of the day my associates and I developed a cure for all mankind's ills and mistakenly wrote it down with invisible ink.

Was that the end of the Laboratory? Somehow the exactitude created a fully destructive device, as always!
