I have prepared a standard message to paste into the ' Report incorrect product information' link, when ever I find a bogus seller. That way Amazon will be bombarded with these messages and may be able to find them more easily.

I also found Yvonne Lee but not Philip Commons, 286CHRISTINE is a new one I found today, the store isn't full yet but all products are £2.86. I have noticed a few concentrating on low price items as well. I suppose a few thousand £2.86qs is worth it!

I have tried this. I just get an acknowledgement that thanks me for taking the time to report it. I'm not sure anybody take any notice of it. :(

I found an amazon listing for a Pel for 5.99 usd. Tracking. showed ddelivery in another state. Amazon totally blew me off. The heck with amazon. No more purchases there.

 

This thing was an amusement. I thought I might get Chinese junk. Canoe with no paddle, etc. Amazon blowing me off was insulting, though, and something to keep for reference.

A pen has arrived from the original seller which is a Lamy Vista copy, not a Jinhao 599 but a direct Vista copy.

Not my order but a friend of mine, the seller was Bartholemew Gosse, the pen arrived yesterday, it looks like a White Safari including the loop clip, I dont know what he ordered, possibly the £9.99 Duofold.

 

Sorry, in my original post I said Vista, I meant Safari.

 

I didnt ask him where it came from, I assumed China, he didnt say. He hasnt claimed a refund from Amazon, I have suggested that he should.

GOD - Waterman EDSON for 8 pounds! The one in a million chance that this is real is actually enough for me to try purchasing it. Of course, the seller is bogus with a capital B. "New" seller, very preppy name and profile. Hm :/

Well guess what? No sign of anything being sold by Bartholemew Gosse or Bartholomew Gosse, surprise, surprise! But it did lead me to a DAVID ADCOCK (yes another one of those) selling an assortment of everything at £2.29 each.

 

Must be one that's already been kicked out by Amazon.

I have already had words with him on this subject, tried to convince him that there is a bigger picture. Trouble is that he has a different perspective on life.

 

Not sure that the negative feedback would do any good with the seller being out of amazon.

I have an authentic red Safari. :) I could call it a Pilot CH 92 :P

 

Guess what? the Pilot Custom Heritage 92 Fountain Pen on offer today by Arvin Cowper for the princely sum of £7.99 & free delivery from USA. I would rush and order before he runs out of stock (ha ha).

That's Arvin Cowper and DAVID ADCOCK today's miracle sellers (amongst many). What? none left, oh dear.

To my surprise just now I received instead of Pilot CH 92, Pelikan M205, Pilot Custom 74 and Platinum 3776... A miserable copy of Lamy Safari in white...

 

I am shocked - didn't expect to get anything :o

My brother got a packet of cartridges and a converter with his Lamy lookalike, it is odd that the cartridges do not fit onto the nipple of any other pen, international, Parker, Lamy.

 

 

He is quite pleased with his free pen and thinks it is 95% as good as a Lamy.

      I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.
