VittaR said in one of her last videos that trying to compare inks in the way she was doing was making it untenable which was the reason she stopped. It was a shame because her videos on inks were the best and most comprehensive. I still go back and watch reviews of specific inks I am curious about.

What a shame. Because like you said her videos were so comprehensive. It really took the guess work out of buying ink. I just now bought a bottle of Noodler’s 54th Mass after checking out her review. Glad we can still look at her videos. Thank you VittaR for your hard work.

Yep, and he mentions VittaR in every single video I've watched. I only wish he did some comparisons with similar inks.

      I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

      Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

      I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature.
