On Robert Oster's shop website Bondi Blue is described as follows: "Bondi Blue ~ Aqua's love child. Flows on Blue, dries on like a summery Bondi Beach sea view.".

I believe this one may be popular - for me however it's rather boring. The flow is good, it doesn't cause any bleedthrough or feathering and behaves well, also after few days spent in unused pen.

Interesting. "Bondi blue" was also the blue used in the original iMacs that came out in the late 1990s...

Gorgeous review. I'm glad I picked this over Australian Sky, the depth and shading is so lovely!

Vis, more great work. Thank you.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Not bad but not comparable to most Sailor inks or even, say, Diaminie Mediterranean Blue.

thank you

Using the Robert Oster Bondi Blue ink in my new Lamy Pacific Al-Star. The ink is a very nice match to the color of the pen..

Fell in love with this ink. Wonderful shading. Good flow. Vibrant, but not like a neon sign shouting in my face. Very good mix of qualities.

@Ruaidhri This was an absolutely wonderful bit of writing, and I hope that you're able to maintain the style once all of the medications are out of your system.  Take care and recover quickly!

These comments make me sad as I sympathise with Ruaidhri, having great difficulties in being taken seriously. Or being taken at all (no off-colors jokes, please!) In spite of overwhelming odds,  Ruaidhri -now I know how to spell it- made a courageous decision and stuck to it. I was diagnosed with a similar growth in a place I will not reveal. Oh, well, if you insist it was Mount Sinai Hospital. But I firmly intend to walk in Ruaidhri's footsteps, if he will let me, on my next visit to Dublin.
