Unfortunately much of the documentation from that period is scarce and gleaned primarily from surviving catalogues. The pen likely dates from the post WWII 1940s and at that time was one of the "Montegrappa Extra" models but which number signified that particular model I cannot say. Is that particular pen lever, piston or button filled?
