Wow! I just got through reading your blog on inks. It is excellent! I appreciated the scholarly way that you went about your investigation. Thank you for putting all the time and effort into it. I will be back to read the rest.

Hooorrray!

Two more chapters completed

Start of the development of the feed, where I focus on establishment of the function criteria and their priorities

https://fountainpendesign.wordpress.com/the-feed-supply-ink-function-foutain-pen/development-of-the-feed/

and looking at the impact of temperature and air pressure variations and how the feed can compensate for that

https://fountainpendesign.wordpress.com/the-feed-supply-ink-function-foutain-pen/temperature-and-air-pressure/

Here I also explain where the limits are, why there are limits and a "what to do" for the user

with kindness...

I think it's the dictate of fashion... otherwise, they would not make much money...

really, here it is only one season, either hot summer or warm summer

I live in Brisbane and wear short almost all the time... when I worked, I had to wear a suit , but that was hopping from the aircon car into an aircon office

I find it funny when my local friends tell me how hot it is... In Europe we paid money to be in this climate and could not get away from the beach

how did you go with checking my site?

Hello Fountain Pen Friends

I like to tell you, that for now at least, the final chapter on nibs has been completed. Here, I talk about, how all the technicalities we discussed before, are applied to the design of nibs.

I hope, you will have many questions, so I can answer them and be sure that you got the idea. But first, I would like to invite you to visit this page

How to... for Nibs

and as always

Seriously.

I don't understand the 1/2 of what you're saying but it's so readable that I allow myself to pretend to.

ooops! :o

glad that it is readable

would you give me pointers to what you only understand half but would understand more? I mean, to the half, which you don't understand... and what it is, what you don't understand. B) I guess, you would help many.

and while I have your attention: Is there anything (about fountain pens) that you always wanted to know?

I suppose it's not an "understanding" issue, I have just read the article again and everything is actually commendably clear, it's more a "need to know" and "retention" issue.

I again glossed over the formula bits knowing that I would NEVER remember any of them or how to make use of your imparted knowledge.

As for other questions, hmm. The main mystery to me, as I keep so many pens inked up at any one time, is how pens lose their ink when completely sealed off to the outside world.

My Noodlers pens in particular

Thank you again for a wonderful reference page.

Welcome to the Fountain Pen Network. It is a pleasure to have you here. I have read the majority of your blog and am convinced that I will learn a great deal from you. I have learned a good deal already. Thanks and, again, welcome.
