Pretty E. F. Pen Identity Help.

Recommended Posts

I am currently in possession of a pretty E.F. lever filler, but I cannot find what the model is anywhere! All I come across is Permapoint.

The coloring and pattern of the pen are really pretty, but hard to photograph with my cell phone!

The nib says Faber and has a diamond with a star inside. (???)

Pen writes very smooth and is a great little pen, but I have no history.

Help!!! (please)

So, what's your point?

I shall take it to the Dallas Pen Show and see if anyone knows anything. :D

I am struggling to find any specific info on this. The nib is butter smooth and a bit unusual looking, but no info found on that either. This one was made in the U.S.A. based on the clip. (I'm okay with that, hahaha!)

It seems everything I find is about the Permapoint (which I have a recently obtained pen, also) and nothing much about any other model! It's kind of weird.

Here is one that is very similar in shape to yours, but in black, and the seller states it's from the 1950s. Don't forget that your nib might have been changed at some point.

This second one looks to be the same model as yours, but in green?

Thanks, Chunya!

We now know when-ish, just not WHAT-ish! :) There has to be some model name for this thing... Nib is E. Faber with a star inside a diamond.
