What is the size of the model 3? Is it larger or smaller than the 4C? or the Bamboo of the group buy before that?

I am very happy with my 4C and I'd love to get one of these to add to my collection.

I would like the standard Eyedropper version with polished blue ripple, with a medium Bock (Conklin) nib. I would like it with a steel colored clip as well. Please let me know if I forgot anything and what the total is, and I will go ahead and send payment.

Thanks!

Derek

Kindly consider this: It appears you are missing a number in your 'regular' ebonite's description: #11 (on the picture) ('mottled green' as of mpkandan's post) does not appear in your description.

I'm exited that there's another such group buy. I'm also exited that there are soooo many choices. It's only a bit unfortunate that so many choices make it a lot of text to scan through to find what's what. Maybe there are still ways to simplify it a bit.

I for one will strongly consider this pen (so many lovely potential choices) I was wondering, would it be possible to have an indian made nib (like the offered wality), yet still have the pen be a cartridge converter)?

Yes' I am seeing the irony of asking for simplifications and asking for custom modifications of the offer in the same post.

Dear Mr. Thirdeye Sir,

Thanks for your interest. I have sent a PM to you

Dear Mr Mike.Jane,

I understand. But We wanted to give more options to buyers.

We can make the pen with Indian nib and converter. But It would not be classy as Screw in nib and Converter combination.

Could I get a pen with a large Ambitious nib, preferably in F? In that case I would want to join in the group buy.

Among the premiums there is a red-or-pink/black. Can we specify whether it is pink we want, or red?

Dear Mr. T4TEXAS Sir,

The colour is the combination of Pinkish & Reddish . It is not separate colour.

It is good colour.

Respected Mhguda Madam,

Thanks for your interest. I have sent the PM.

Well I do beg your pardon. I certainly had no intentions of reaping benefit from supplying the information I was able to find readily available online.

I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

It is the reason why I'm so keen on the idea of a personal library — of pens, nibs, inks, paper products, etc. — and spent so much money, as well as time and effort, to “build” it for myself (because I can't simply remember everything, especially as I'm getting older fast) and my wife, so that we can “know”; and, instead of just disposing of what displeased us, or even just not good enough to be “given the time of day” against competition from >500 other pens and >500 other inks for our at

Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

Alas, one cannot know “good” without some idea of “bad” against which to contrast; and, as one of my former bosses (back when I was in my twenties) used to say, “on the scale of good to bad…”, it's a spectrum, not a dichotomy. Whereas subjectively acceptable (or tolerable) and unacceptable may well be a dichotomy to someone, and finding whether the threshold or cusp between them lies takes experiencing many degrees of less-than-ideal, especially if the decision is somehow influenced by factors o

I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature. If they are too delicate, or can’t be posted, or they are too precious to face losing , still they are users, but only in very limited environments..  I have a big disliking for pens that have the cap jump into the air and fly off. I object to Pens that dry out, or leave blobs o
