Pif Lamy Ink Cartridges

Recommended Posts

Trying to succeed at doing things I need to do in order to share what I am not using anymore. Well, this one is a bunch of ink cartridges for a Lamy. I know you can use them in Safaris since that is all I own and believe they were purchased to use with them. I can't guarantee any specific colors. I have mostly reds, some purples, might be only one or two blues, a black. Really, if you are interested, hope you won't mind being surprised. You can also refill the cartridges once you finish using any of them with your own ink. You just need a syringe and you have a way to use your Lamy with an ink cartridge and ink of your choosing. Can't guarantee how many you will receive, depends on the interest. You must like to use red or purple ink. May be another color, but can't guarantee. PM interest. I'll let you know when they are no longer available. USA interest only.

  • I love purple! and I love my Safari. I'd happily take some of those off your hands. :)

I'm curious, will these fit into standard international C/C pens or can only Lamy pens use them? I know that Lamy is proprietary, but the nipple seems quite similar.

Hello Musicman123,

I am unsure. I purchased these because I have 3 Lamy Safaris so I don't any idea of whether they will fit other pens or not. I'll take a picture of my international standard converter, believe that is what the C/C stands for and do so with one of the cartridges along side of it and hopefully you will be able to at least get a better look. I'll get back to you in a timely manner once I take and crop the pictures.

Hope these help. If this is a double post, apologies. I could not see where the original of these and my message has gone through so I came here to post them again.

I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

It is the reason why I'm so keen on the idea of a personal library — of pens, nibs, inks, paper products, etc. — and spent so much money, as well as time and effort, to “build” it for myself (because I can't simply remember everything, especially as I'm getting older fast) and my wife, so that we can “know”; and, instead of just disposing of what displeased us, or even just not good enough to be “given the time of day” against competition from >500 other pens and >500 other inks for our at

Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

Alas, one cannot know “good” without some idea of “bad” against which to contrast; and, as one of my former bosses (back when I was in my twenties) used to say, “on the scale of good to bad…”, it's a spectrum, not a dichotomy. Whereas subjectively acceptable (or tolerable) and unacceptable may well be a dichotomy to someone, and finding whether the threshold or cusp between them lies takes experiencing many degrees of less-than-ideal, especially if the decision is somehow influenced by factors o

I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature. If they are too delicate, or can’t be posted, or they are too precious to face losing , still they are users, but only in very limited environments..  I have a big disliking for pens that have the cap jump into the air and fly off. I object to Pens that dry out, or leave blobs o
