I sent you a PM.

For those that are interested, the bottle did not leak, it was crushed.

If the Post Office does not want the unbroken bottles I will add an extra donation equal to their value to FPN when all is resolved.

Thanks to all involved, ......steve.

Replacements arrived perfectly.

No worries on the shipping as these seem bomb-proof now.

Thank you.

Actually have you checked the bottles inside the damaged boxes? My order of the damaged box/bottle had a very clean bottle. Maybe look inside and do some switching.

OOPS, I thought I did. I did some switching on the later boxes. Glad you got everything okay.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

The Van Gogh Starry Night might be my favorite ink color now that I have it in a pen and not just on my fingers.

I will be ordering a few more bottles of this on soon.

Thank you again, ....steve.

I can't tell what color is Starry Night.

I thought it was more blue but it seems like a blue black that is leaning near more black. But I see blue. Weird ink.

Dumas I still didn't use I'm waiting on the passporto for that.

Is there any link where I can order them?

When they are up to full speed and have more in stock they will be in the link at the top of each page that says "Support FPN." There is a drop down menu and one will be "FPN Inks."

I have been unable to get to the FPN inks yet as I've been buried under many lovely samples from wonderful FPN friends. They are on the wait list.

I haven't gotten around to using any of them but the GMB, but it's pretty awesome. A sort of warm reddish brown, in a 1.3 italic at least.

VGSNB & DTN are waiting for a pen to free up. I want to stick them in italics also.

How long will the inks be available and what are the specifications for the inks.

The inks will be available as long as Nathan will make them. Specifications, other than colour etc., is either bulletproof (GMB) or normal inks (DTN and VGSB).

An exact ETA we cannot give yet, and we will also set up a proper store for our inks, but they will return.

And who knows, we may even start creating another ink :).

All the orders are packaged and out of my office. Hooray!!!

Now, you may want to look inside the packaging sheet (directly behind the postage / mailing label) - I've tried to write a note for each person. (If I didn't note the inks, they were mixes, but the most recent inks were MB Pink and Harry Potter Purple).

I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

It is the reason why I'm so keen on the idea of a personal library — of pens, nibs, inks, paper products, etc. — and spent so much money, as well as time and effort, to “build” it for myself (because I can't simply remember everything, especially as I'm getting older fast) and my wife, so that we can “know”; and, instead of just disposing of what displeased us, or even just not good enough to be “given the time of day” against competition from >500 other pens and >500 other inks for our at

Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

Alas, one cannot know “good” without some idea of “bad” against which to contrast; and, as one of my former bosses (back when I was in my twenties) used to say, “on the scale of good to bad…”, it's a spectrum, not a dichotomy. Whereas subjectively acceptable (or tolerable) and unacceptable may well be a dichotomy to someone, and finding whether the threshold or cusp between them lies takes experiencing many degrees of less-than-ideal, especially if the decision is somehow influenced by factors o

I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature. If they are too delicate, or can’t be posted, or they are too precious to face losing , still they are users, but only in very limited environments..  I have a big disliking for pens that have the cap jump into the air and fly off. I object to Pens that dry out, or leave blobs o
