Johannesburg, Cape Town, Kuala Lumpur And Singapore Penshops?

Hi,

I travel A LOT and am going to the following cities in the next month: Johannesburg, Cape Town (S. Africa), and Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.

 

I am not into Mont Blanc boutiques or high end stores but more into mom and pop shops who sell nice pens at a good price. Any local advice?
