Tricked throughout the centuries...

For centuries people had been tricked by kings & "religion-alism"

In the 20th century people got tricked by communism

Today people get tricked by (neo)capitalism :)

Thank you for that info about xfountainpens. I have some cartridges that seem to be theirs and I was trying to match the blue. Now I know where to start looking altho Sailor Yama Dori is very close.

AHappy to see this particular Chesterfield ink get some exposure!

It is completely, eyeball-searingly orange-crush. Like a smile in a bottle! Used with a Jinhao 599 that exactly matches the ink color. Blogged about it in a two-part Inks of Summer Spectacular. I really love the color, but it crusts on the nib, hence the cheap-pen matchup.

My latest eBook.  Outsiders V 5, Displaced Persons.

My other pen is a Montblanc.

Any idea if it directly corresponds to a Diamine color?

Not personally, though people have mentioned a Diamine color to me as being similar. I can't recall the name.

Does Diamine make an eye-popping orange?

It also looks a lot like ome of the MB LE inks, but with less red. Very hard to tell. It wasn't Ghandi. Ink of Joy, perhaps?

Look here for a spreadsheet that matches Chesterfield inks with their Diamine counterparts: https://www.fountainpennetwork.com/forum/index.php/topic/121990-chesterfield-ink-to-diamine-cross-reference/
