Need 6 5/8 X 4 1/4 Two-Hole Punched Paper For This Notebook

I have this notebook I bought because of the cover- which has aged very well. The paper has grooves that make it difficult to sketch on it, so I wrote. I have used around half the paper but I am tired of writing against the grain.

So, I am looking for a paper that comes close to those measurements ( and I make the holes) or a notepad that I can take the papers from and make the holes myself. It is easy to make the notebook again since it has a thick string that goes thru the holes and ia not at the end of the string keeps it in place.

Help will be greatly appreciated

DIY: Pick pretty much any Letter or A5 paper. Take it to an office supply or small print shop and have it cut to the size you need. They might be able to drill (with a literal drill) the holes. Depending on the grain of the paper you could have the remainder paper padded for small note pads, or DIY with padding glue. If you're doing a lot of paper you could also have your pages perfed (perforated) for tear away. FYI The perf has to be done before the cuts.

This way you get the paper you want, with the grain direction you want, and the possibility of some really long and thin notepads (the pads will depend on how you trim the paper).

Great suggestion. You might make notepads with the trimmed paper as suggested or even make small journals about 4 1/4 inch square.
