I would just like to comment on the exceptional customer service I received from Vanness Pen Shop https://www.vanness1938.com/ in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA! It was my first order from this shop and an issue was resolved quickly, politely, with no questions asked, and in a very helpful manner. No affiliation, just a very satisfied customer! :D

I recently bought ink from them and was also pleased with their service. I have no doubt I'll be buying from them again in the future.

Yup, they were friendly and helpful on the phone. The shipped my order of ink the same day, and they packed it really really well. Thumbs up.

Thank you one and all for the kind words- we are a work in progress - even after 75 years!!! We have been shipping products for most of the 75 years ( Orville (grandpa) started mail orders in the late 30's) but continue to appreciate feedback.

It's been nice doing business with them. I bought 4 bottles of 120ml Akerman ink, and they were backed securely. Very Securely. Took a while to find where they put all those peanuts, and I'm glad they did what they did, especially with them being glass and discontinued and all.

They are right up their with the Goulet's and the Gray's. Super cool and never condescending. I get equal treatment when buying a Lamy Safari or Visconti Homo Sapiens.

@Ruaidhri This was an absolutely wonderful bit of writing, and I hope that you're able to maintain the style once all of the medications are out of your system.  Take care and recover quickly!

These comments make me sad as I sympathise with Ruaidhri, having great difficulties in being taken seriously. Or being taken at all (no off-colors jokes, please!) In spite of overwhelming odds,  Ruaidhri -now I know how to spell it- made a courageous decision and stuck to it. I was diagnosed with a similar growth in a place I will not reveal. Oh, well, if you insist it was Mount Sinai Hospital. But I firmly intend to walk in Ruaidhri's footsteps, if he will let me, on my next visit to Dublin.

Was that the end of the Laboratory? Somehow the exactitude created a fully destructive device, as always!
