The newest ink from Organics Studio will be available on Friday at the Philadelphia Pen Show. It is part 2 of our sepia series, following the successful 'Foggy Bottom' yellow/sepia for the DC Show. This ink is the first of ours to use what we are terming our 'bare-bones' formula - where it uses fewer ingredients than our previously issued inks. This is will be a very free-flowing, clog free ink. For color reference, it is slightly more green than Mont Blanc's Racing Green. This will be available through our retailers after the show! If anyone would be interested in doing a full, formal review, please send us a message!

Love all the 'mossy" green colors... I think I have them all... so, I will need to add this one .. :ltcapd:

 

 

I won't make it to the Philadelphia show (I am in Toronto).. so I will try to hunt it after the show.

Yes Burma Road Brown is on the green sideof greenish-grayish-brown. I found that diluting it ever so slightly the shading and depth improves, looking quite like the Organics studio ink above. Better paper helps too otherwise it's as saturated and feathery as a sharpie marker.

This ink is gorgeous! It looks like I'd hoped Stipula Musk Green would (but doesn't). I checked your website, but couldn't find where its available for purchase. Is it available currently?

Hey guys! Glad to hear some good things on the color. It will be available very soon! AndersonPens will have it, as well as Bertram's Inkwell on Amazon. If you give Bertram's Inkwell a call at 301-468-6939, it will ship out on Monday :)

      I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

      Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

      I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature.
