It has put me in the notion of an aftermarket engraving job on mine but with celtic knotwork.

When we try to pick out anything by itself, we find it hitched to everything else in the universe.

Which I assure you is a great idea !!!

I can not stop to be amazed, some normal pens becoming special... Isn't gorgeous the Italian 138 with a short top or a 149 by P. Rossi?

Probably the most of you already now my thread about this pen:

http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6165/6161523247_045af3e28e_b.jpg

But well, it's a nice picture of a probably quite rare pen.

For those who haven't seen the mentioned thread, it's a 1935-1938 Montblanc Meisterstück 124S. "S" stands for "schraffiert" wich means "chased". The pattern of the chasing is quite uncommon. Only two of these pens are known.

Christof ... YES !!!!!!!! :notworthy1: :notworthy1: :notworthy1:

That's another RARE pen!! Wow!!

One question concerning my 135:

Is there anybody else here, that has one or has more information to share???

I would be highly interested !

(when I told people about the pen, so far I always heard something like... 'yes I know that the 135 exists but ... havn't seen one')

Best regards

Michael

I am one of those who have heard but never seen one, it is in a wish list...

To complete the series a 134 with steel nib and a 136 ...

I say to myself, maybe being in the same thread they will call for another 135 or more information !!!

It has been thrilling to see so many nice pens...

1) a 135 ... I have one but rarely seen one

Never heard of a 135 - can you tell us more please. Not in any books or on your site or in any online search. I would like to see it and know more :happyberet:

thanks

Stephen

I have a 235 but I did not hear about a 135 before.

Here is what my search came up with; at least a little reference:

Lovely pen so far!

I really like the shown MB 138 with the engraved cap band and clip. Also the black and pearl 40 looks very nice. Is the #35 correct or would it need a #40 nib originally?

Also I'm really looking forward to some of Axel's. Michael's and Max's treasures.

Cheers

Michael

What the heck.

In the same lot a 128PL for 600 pounds!!!!

Is there really a 135???

Did you see the green marbled models a few pages later (you can forward the pages at the bottom)?

Also the blog is worth checking out just to look at the pictures. A few prototypes are also shown in the blog :puddle:

Cheers

I'm pinning this topic to the top of the forum for a while...

Hey Kai

I contacted Christies and that auction was in Sept 2004.

We definitely missed the boat on that one!

There were some incredible pens there for sure.

Just stunning.

And now we know there is another 135 out there.

I still can't get over the 128PL :notworthy1:
