Ok guys, This is my favorite ink :cloud9: , I REALLY like it! to me it looks just like bloood :clap1: , I cleaned my desk with a paper towel and it seriously looked like I had wiped up a bloody mess. If I didn't know it was ink and I saw it on the floor I seriously wouldn't touch it :yikes: . Yes it's that good. I love it. For the review I used a 4x6 sheet of photo paper from Costco. I think it worked out quite well B) . What do you guys think?

I didn't wanna do the old standard review and scans just 'cuz I wanted to step my game up. I really think I captured the Color. I hope you guys like it. I'm using this ink at work, for just about anything, looks good since it dries in a dark shade.

I have just started using this ink (got a sample from Goulet), and I ADORE it. I seriously thought, "How did I even live all this time without this ink?!" :cloud9:

I'm definitely getting a bottle with my next order...

It really is a beautiful, and the closest thing to real blood available( and yes I have tested that, there's a scan on here somewhere), tried this ink years ago, it's now one of my signature inks

Such a shame it's now unavailable in the uk but I do plan on having 5 bottles shipped over to stock up.

P.s for extra fun points ( and to get some privacy at work) fill a twsbi diamond demonstrator with it (even better if you happen to be one of the many who also uses vacutainers as refills on the go)

I've fond memories of using it for the all of the forensics section of my coursework just to see how many testing stains the page acquired :-)

You can only truly know that which you question. If you question nothing, you know nothing

I love this ink, Habanero, and Apache Sunset. I want to do a side by side comparison of all 3 because some of my friends here have asked about the differences among them, and there are a lot of similarities and differences, too. Worth talking about and showing what I mean. This will take the real Sony camera, not just the iPhone poo poo camera.

Wow. My sample didn't look like that at all, it dried all ashy and very blah, so I went with Red Dragon instead. But this picture makes it look gorgeous! Maybe I'll have to pull it out and give it another try.

I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

It is the reason why I'm so keen on the idea of a personal library — of pens, nibs, inks, paper products, etc. — and spent so much money, as well as time and effort, to “build” it for myself (because I can't simply remember everything, especially as I'm getting older fast) and my wife, so that we can “know”; and, instead of just disposing of what displeased us, or even just not good enough to be “given the time of day” against competition from >500 other pens and >500 other inks for our at

Agreed.  And I think it’s good to be aware of this early on and think about at the point of buying rather than rationalizing a purchase..

Alas, one cannot know “good” without some idea of “bad” against which to contrast; and, as one of my former bosses (back when I was in my twenties) used to say, “on the scale of good to bad…”, it's a spectrum, not a dichotomy. Whereas subjectively acceptable (or tolerable) and unacceptable may well be a dichotomy to someone, and finding whether the threshold or cusp between them lies takes experiencing many degrees of less-than-ideal, especially if the decision is somehow influenced by factors o

I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature. If they are too delicate, or can’t be posted, or they are too precious to face losing , still they are users, but only in very limited environments..  I have a big disliking for pens that have the cap jump into the air and fly off. I object to Pens that dry out, or leave blobs o
