Appropriate when? when they fisrt came out, I heard they went for $120. When I got them, about a year since release, they were going for about 180-200. Now i have heard them going for $500 for a NOS.

I saw it but it's on hold pending funds. Took less than an hour, and I'm a bit surprised it took that long.

 

And I'm in the market for an M90 (or even an original 701) too, but I can't really drop that much on one right now.

$225 is a steal, considering some on the bay have hit $500. lol

I am able to get a hold on some that I could sell in June for $300 new. Let me know if you are interested.

I for sure will be getting 1 F and 1 M. Might want to keep one for myself. If demand here is sufficient I would say I might be able to get up to 5 pens total, but would need to double check with my contact. And they will be new with box.
