Vintage pen catalogs are among my favorite pieces of reference and information.

I was able to get the following 1939 News Catalog from Montblanc for Stöffhaas. Stöffhaas was a chain of stores founded in the late 1910's selling Montblanc products only - sort of the first Montblanc Boutiques. Unfortunately previous owners folded the catalog :o

Still a wonderful piece of reference:

note the 124 PL is still available together with the new 13X series piston filler pens

Montblanc offered to replace the 3XX series of pens within one year after the original purchase date for a Meisterstück pen for the difference of the selling price

note the Montblanc-Pix Nr. L 72; a luxury version pencil with ornated trim - a matching fountain pen was not available at this moment of time to my knowledge - 56 years later the Voltaire writer's edition pens have been modeled after this pencil

very cool  thanks for sharing

Pens are like watches , once you start a collection, you can hardly go back. And pens like all fine luxury items do improve with time

This is truly wonderful material.

I would have thought this was a later document, closer to 1949 with the beautiful nibs on the 139 and series. I had no idea those nibs were designed so early. Always happy to fill in the blanks.

Thank you for sharing!

Yes, I need to re-upload to a different platform ... also flickr is stopping its free service if you have over 1000 pictures :-(

Will try to find something for future use during the next weeks ...

Sorry about the inconveniences!

Cheers

Thank you for considering the request - these resources you have shared are so valuable!

Is there a reason why you don't consider uploading directly through our FPN platform?

Back in the day when Michael uploaded these, the FPN upload mechanism did not exist.

Hard times don't last, but hard people do.

Finally updated my flickr with the mentioned catalogues :-)

Wow very nice Michael, thank you, viewing them just now. @Siamackz, you're not able to click on the flickr & instagram link below Michael's post?
