Lovely Paper on the Cheap

Stopped in at the art supply store on the way to work and grabbed a pad of Strathmore Tracing Paper, a nice, truly translucent paper that takes FP ink really gorgeously. And at only $2.99 for 40 sheets, you can get a few.

 

This is great paper for writing to friends overseas because of its light weight. I also grabbed some bright spring green envelopes that are translucent, too. (30 cents each.) That'll make the full email package. Totally light and a pleasure to look at.

 

By the way, the easiest way to read a letter written on translucent paper is to hold up the sheets one at a time.

 

This is the perfect option for those of us who have gutted our finances on the pens themselves. Enjoy!
