Another way scammers are scamming products out of your hands.

 

Lax attitudes with counterfeits is never a good thing...even if it's not that expensive and is good quality, the counterfeiting industry is usually where these organized criminal rings or terrorists get their funding.

 

Buying a counterfeit not only costs you money, but may cost you your life.

Piston-filling fountain pens are less likely to be fake.

 

 

... there are fake Montblanc piston fillers to be had. You don't have to look very hard.

Buyer beware.

I'm selling a Parker Sonnet vision fonce Chinese Laque fountain pen on ebay (starting bid £49 ~ it was an unwanted gift). How can I make sure I haven't got a fake to pass on ~ what should I look out for. It all looks pretty genuine to me, but would like to be sure I'm selling the genuine article! Cheers, Kim

thanks for very useful information, but i have question, is it possible the LTD pen(with known model and with serial number) also be fake one?
