Looks great Tom! You always take such nice looking pictures. You must have a quality lighting setup and nice camera there.



Actually Jim, that picture was taken hand held with my Nikon D50 and light from my window combined with the ceiling fixture (that has daylight balance bulbs in it).

I did not feel like setting up my light tent to take a quick shot.

Here are a few more, I was playing with some new lighting. Still not happy with the results.

Sheaffer PFM I with GP Ferarri Replica



Sheaffer Military Clip Balance 1000 with Lange and Sohn (alas also a replica)



Same as above but in B&W.

Pens are like watches , once you start a collection, you can hardly go back. And pens like all fine luxury items do improve with time

A charcoal-dial Seiko Alba designed by Riki Watanabe. The Bauhaus influence inspired me to use the pair of Lamys in this pic.





A white-dial version of the watch, with a Chinese Haolilai pen, some Thai coins, and an American passport in the mix.
