GreenVelvet
Silly question, but for any who may be inclined to take pity on me and answer: What is the typical amount of ink exchanged in samples? I have a syringe so I can be exact about it. (Sorry, I can't make myself read all 13 pages of this thread this week!) superbleu
The vials hold about 7 ml total to the rim, I thought I read somewhere that the suggested amount is 5ml to fill the tubes so you can take into account the volume displaced by the nib when filling. Best thing to do is see what your trading partner want's to do. If you are both refilling cartridges with a syringe, you could both fill the vials to 6.7 ml and leave a bit of head space. GreenVelvet
Update to above: I'm happy to send smaller exchanges to the US and Canada. I'm unlikely to be able to justify the postage on any overseas exchanges unless we're both trading a LOT of ink in one batch.
