I just received a package from them: the website was easy to use, choosing and checking out was straight-forward, shipping price was better-than-average and delivery to New Zealand was prompt. Recommended.

I would also add that they have free shipping on items over $25. It makes their prices better than many other sources of items that are unique to the Japanese market.

JetPens is one of those rare vendors that solves a problem (import and supply chain) with good service, decent prices, and personality. I had despaired for some of my stationery needs upon leaving Japan. No longer!

 

No affiliation, just an immensely satisfied customer who only makes an extraneous purchase -- beyond groceries or other household needs -- once or twice a month. More than 50% of those seem to go to JetPens.

      I have the Sailor Naginata and some fancy blade nibs coming after 2022 by a number of new workshop from China.  With all my respect, IMHO, they are all (bleep) in doing chinese characters.  Go use a bush, or at least a bush pen.

      I got my first real fountain pen on my 60th birthday and many hundreds of pens later I’ve often thought of what I should’ve known in the beginning. I have many pens, the majority of which have some objectionable feature.
