WOW that's DA LIST!

"Ignorance of all things is an evil neither terrible nor excessive, nor yet the greatest of all; but great cleverness and much learning, if they be accompanied by a bad training, are a much greater misfortune."

Plato (Greek philosopher 428-348 B.C.)

Super H mart market in Niles Illinois.

There's one in Ridgefield, NJ, too. They sell mostly very cute Korean notebooks.

Thank you.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Create a Ghostly Avatar and I'll send you a letter. Check out some Ink comparisons: The Great PPS Comparison

Don't know where to start?  Look at the Inky Topics O'day.  Then, see inks sorted by color: Blue Purple Brown Red Green Dark Green Orange Black Pinks Yellows Blue-Blacks Grey/Gray UVInks Turquoise/Teal MURKY

Believe Goulet Pens also started carrying the brand.

I like the paper but prefer micro-perforations on most everything but journals.

I always get a kick out of these "no affiliation" notations when it's blatantly obvious the poster has absolutely nothing to do with the brand, company, etc. beyond being a customer. It must be a feel-good/feel-important thing. So I'll note up front that nothing I write here on this forum is influenced by any financial-gain motivation.

I was in New York Central on Friday and they did not have the Maruman Croquis laid; they did have the other Croquis pad.

Kiyokuniya assures me that the laid paper pads can be ordered through them.

Thanks Ray. I went and checked it out. I always forget that sometimes Amazon carries ALL kinds of stuff and didn't think they might carry Japanese stationary/notebooks. It looks like if you order more than $25 at JetPens, it's cheaper there. (edited for misspellings) Edited by CastleGem

For those of you who are in New Jersey/New York City, there is an amazing spot where I blew 60$ in the upon finding it in the last 10m of the store being open...

It is located in the bookstore (across the street from) associated with the Mitsuwa supermarket in North Jersey (595 River Road, Edgewater, NJ 07020). Go to the left back corner of the store and there is a stationary and pen shop. On their price stickers (because it has a separate checkout register) it is called "My Room USA Inc, Stationary and Gift". You can get almost anything you can get on jetpens. Campus notebooks, apica, lihit lab folders and binders....and really so much more than I can tell you about here. It is magical and I suggest you go there if you have the chance!

Also (semi unrelated because most of it isnt necessarily japanese): there is an office supply store in Princeton, NJ called Hinksons http://www.hinksons.com/ They carry a nice selection of pens and notebooks/stationary including Lamy pens, Clairefontaine & Rhodia notebooks, and a huge selection of planners.

Happy shopping!

Another source for Kokuyo Campus notebooks is www.jbox.com (all-ages site). The selection isn't extensive, but they carry a few B5 and semi-B5 styles.
