I'd say Mazza in Milano. He was present at the last Trieste Pen Show.

Mazza Stilografiche

Via Cantu', 3

20123 Milano (MI)

Telefono: 02 86461131

Every Saturday around Porta Genova Station there is a flea market where you can do some hunting. But it's a tough task.

And remember that on the Navigli there are several antique shops: in the same place one Sunday at month (I don't remember which one) there is an Antique fair too.

If you are in Milan you should also try with Brunori's pen shop in Via Torino ( 02/86451821).
