  1. Standardgraph Zeichentechnik GmbH is german manufacturer of technical drawing instruments, rulers and pencil sharpeners. They also have inks. They manufacture and distribute their own calligraphy products and products from the company Rubinato. I believe Standardgraph inks are made in Germany by Standardgraph. Tehy offer palette of 24 colors. I'm going to try all of them and review them. It'll take time but I'll do it My ambition is to present inks of less known companies as my input here. Of course I stay open to all inks and review bnis and small names. However I must confess I have some sort of weakness for smaller companies and less known brands. I won't favor them, I'll be honest though. I find Maisgelb stunning. Simply. Please - remember that in most of my reviews I use very wet pens. Kaweco Sport turned to eyedropper always leaves line that is saturated. If you're notorious fine nib user you may be disappointed by some of inks that appear rich in color in my reviews. They are but only in broad, wet nibs that I use use on everyday basis. I don't really like fine nibs so I almost never use them to review inks. http://imageshack.com/a/img537/7869/6R56xa.jpg Drops of ink on kitchen towel http://imageshack.com/a/img912/9541/sNEfqY.jpg SOFTWARE ID http://imageshack.com/a/img538/8089/PbCdyF.jpg Color range http://imageshack.com/a/img911/7744/LnNHFg.jpg LINUM notebook - Kaweco Classic Sport. Standardgraph Malvenrot

Standardgraph Zeichentechnik GmbH is german manufacturer of technical drawing instruments, rulers and pencil sharpeners. They also have inks. They manufacture and distribute their own calligraphy products and products from the company Rubinato. I believe Standardgraph inks are made in Germany by Standardgraph, but I'm not 100 % sure. Correct me if I'm wrong They offer palette of 24 colors. Malvenrot is averagely saturated red color with pinkish accents. While I even like the color, I must say that ink physical prioprieties are average. It has average flow, average lubrication, average shading. It doesn't feather, so that's pretty cool. On the other hand it's not enough to save it from being mediocre. NOt recommended unless you collect red inks or enjoy dryish inks. They manufacture and distribute their own calligraphy products and products from the company Rubinato. I believe Standardgraph inks are made in Germany by Standardgraph, but I'm not 100 % sure. Correct me if I'm wrong They offer palette of 24 colors. Burgunder is averagely saturated red wine color ink. While it's definitely not the most interesting bordeaux in the inky wild, it's reasonably priced and well behaved. I haven't experienced any clogging, feathering or bleedthrough. It doesn't offer any useful water resitance and lubrication could be better. I would say it's on the drier side so to really enjoy this smooth matte color I would advice you to use it in broad and wet nib. Software ID Color range Tomoe River - Kaweco Classic Sport. It's earthy, not so strongly saturated ink. The thing is I like calm sepias like Rohrer & Klingner Sepia or Fig Brown. I don't use them often but it's good to have one of these in stock. Five Turquoises

Actually it won't be about turquoises, not in encyclopedical understanding of what turquoise actually is. Pure turquoise looks like that http://imageshack.com/a/img404/7428/ei21.jpg www.barwy.net Blue turquoise like that: http://imageshack.com/a/img706/1729/22ng.jpg www.barwy.net Anyway I've tried to compare five inks whether called whether considered turquoises. Their colors are bright and quite saturated. To be honest I don't like pure turquoise - I like however to fill my fountain pen with vibrant shade of blue. I compared five inks: BLEU PERVENCHE (J. Herbin), BLU MARE (Rohrer & Klingner), HIMMELBLAU (Standardgraph), NIEBIESKI TURKUSOWY (Nicpoń*), TURQUOISE (Pelikan). * Nicpoń is chemistry PhD Student that's active on Polish fountain pen network. He'c created limited line of nice, saturated inks in many colors. 1. Swabs on Mondi 90 g paper http://imageshack.com/a/img811/6673/qy1b.jpg 2. I guess Pelikan Turquoise deserves to take this place - it's good ink, it has reasonable price and is easily accesible around the world. Blu Mare is really nice and intense though it's not easily seen on the scans. Niebieski Turkusowy looks really good and it behaves well in fountain pen. However it's not easy to buy this ink as it is not produced for mass market.
