  1. Hello. So I have a lot of used standard-international cartridges, and I would like to be able to reuse them so that I can carry a fistful of them whenever I go on business trips. Unfortunately, the plastic ball that seals the cartridges initially can't be used to re-seal the cartridges, so I have no way of closing off the cartridge so that I can, for instance, store ti in my pocket. Is there any kind of rubber stopper made for the ends of standard-international cartridges? If so, could you tell me where I might find them?

    Question About Cartridges

Simple question: Do the Edelstein ink-cartridges fit in the Montblanc Meisterstück 145 pen? I tried with short Pelikan 4001 cartrdiges I had lying around, and 2 of those back to back fit without problem. (those Edelstein cartridges come in those nice little tins. I like nice little tins! ) http://i205.photobucket.com/albums/bb269/Blastmaster1972/Tijdelijk/IMG_1211-ed_zpsfma4i1s0.jpg Kind regards, Jos
  3. Never mind why I need these, lol. I just do. Uhm...science experiments. Yeah. Let's go with that! I am hoping to get recommendations for readily available a pen under $20 that takes standard international cartridges, is NOT made of metal, and is a wet writer. Slim pens don't suit me either. I am absolutely, definitely, moving away from metal-bodied pens and will be doing a couple of PIFs in a while. I already own a Kaweco Sport and four Nemosine Singularities. The Nemos fit the bill but write dry and need fiddling. There's my Rotring Core...wouldn't mind another (XL this time), but the prices have gone through the roof. Any other suggestions? Thanks!
  4. Hi there, Once again I am on the hunt for a fairly specific type of pen. I'm taking a holiday and want to take a cartridge-using pen with me - but the ink I want to use is in Long SI cartridges, and none of my pens take them! Plus, I wanted a pen to use with my diary's pen loop anyway. So it must fit the following: Slim Takes Long Standard International Cartridges Preferably non-metal grip section Western fine / Japanese Medium nib available Accepts a convertor would be a bonus.I've considered: The Pilot MR - the European version takes SI, IIRC. Kaweco Sport - but I think this only takes the short ones?Any suggestions?
