    What Is This Pilot(?) Pen?

Is it even a Pilot? *photos lifted from the "Singapore Fountain Pen Lovers" FB group.
  2. First of all, I'm a new user to Fountain Pen Network. I've been enjoying looking through the classifieds and reviews on some interesting fountain pens. This made me take the leap from my Pilot Metro (Sounds cooler this way) to a Pelikan M200 Tradition (The one with the green marble barrel). I bought it from Aesthetic Bay, which i thought was a Singaporean retailer, but they claim that I would only receive the pen in 14 days time. This seemed odd as it should not take more than 3 days to deliver me the pen if they kept their stock in Singapore. So, my question finally, is Aesthetic Bay not a Si

    Hi! Newbie From Singapore

Hi I am totally new to fountain pens and just chanced upon this forum while considering mid range luxury pens to buy as a birthday present from Amazon (a Waterman Expert Deluxe Rollerball) and got persuaded to get a White Lamy Safari (Fine nib) to try out and see how it fares against Pilot G2s which is my fav since I graduated from using pencils during P3. The only impression I have of FPs are that my DAd's ones are extremely leaky and stain everything which happened way too long ago. While I am absolutely delighted at how smooth my Lamy glides on paper when positioned correctly, I can't

    Help With Lamy Safari Bleeding

Just ordered and received my White Lamy Safari with fine nib from Amazon.com I realised that it bleeds slightly on my POP Urban Kraft A4 Lecture Pad (PKT5) 70gsm paper. Using stock Lamy catridge. Can anyone advise if getting EF nib will solve the problem? Is there any inks (brands) that can be recommended to make the ink less wet(?)
  5. INTRODUCTION: The Omas Ogiva Vision Turquoise LE is my fifth Omas pen - a collaboration between local retailer Fook Hing Trading Co and Italian manufacturer Omas SRL. This installation of the Ogiva is exceptionally special because the pen is one in a limited edition of no more than 20 pieces. The new Omas Ogiva Vision Turquoise is only available locally and I consider myself fortunate to be able to own one of these beautiful specimens. The Ogiva Vision demonstrator was also available in another limited edition of Blue (with rose gold trims) and Green (with High Tech rhodium trims). The pens
  6. Hello everyone, I was considering buy a dip pen for kanzi calligraphy. I prefer a gold/silver nib and a wooden holder, do you guys have any suggests on where I could buy one in Singapore? Thank you.
  7. Hi, I travel A LOT and am going to the following cities in the next month: Johannesburg, Cape Town (S. Africa), and Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. I am not into Mont Blanc boutiques or high end stores but more into mom and pop shops who sell nice pens at a good price. Any local advice? Best Regards, Heather

    Aesthetic Bay & Noodlers

So I'm not sure if anyone else knows about this already or if I'm really just that late. I was in Orchard today and decided I'd drop by Aesthetic Bay to buy some Noodlers BSB, Bulletproof Black and Apache Sunset. They lady helping me said that they are out of stock and that they put in an order last year but Noodlers isn't supplying them and not responding. This is the only place I know that sells Noodlers here in SG and in all honesty I haven't gone to Fook Hings yet to check if they do. Can anyone give me some info of any places that carry Noodlers ink here in SG? Thanks again, Norsk24

    Hello From Singapore

Hi everyone, This is my first post on the Fountain Pen Network. I got my start down this wormhole when I listened Brad Dowdy and Mike Hurley's wonderful podcast aptly named the Pen addict. Since then I have been lurking on Jetpens and my local stationary shops. Luckily here in Singapore I have access a great variety of international pen brands. I look forward to being involve in pen addicts' activites here on the fountain pen network.
