  1. I've read of folks using the feed from a No Nonsense pen in other pens. How do you remove the feed? To me it looks like the nib and feed are molded into the nib section. Any tips??
  2. I've always wanted one of the Sheaffer "Dolls" ring top pens and recently found a lime green one similar to this post by FPN user Phthalo whose photo appears below. I was VERY surprised to find that the nibs from Sheaffer No Nonsense Pens were too large in diameter to fit! Upon doing a bit of research it seems that the Guys and Dolls pens were precursors to the No Nonsense. Any idea what other nib units fit these??

    Sheaffer No Nonsense Converter

Hi everyone, I just received a Sheaffer No Nonsense fountain pen that I bought online. It neither include a cartridge nor converter, so on searching I found a sheaffer piston converter in an online store, kindly tell me whether it will fit No Nonsense or not as in some posts in some other sites I read that these pens have different converters. The link of the converter is: http://www.flipkart.com/sheaffer-converter-piston-ink/p/itmdjtk4frwgv6wc Please tell so that I can buy it and enjoy this great pen. Thanks.

    No Nonsense Collection

I have 79 different colors/patterns in my No Nonsense (OS) collection, not including my Le Black NIB, Le Bordeaux, and Old Timer Herringbone (SOLD). It's time to start divesting. If you have "holes" in your own collection you'd like to fill, PM me. Pam
  7. Hello everyone! I was wondering if someone could help me to approximately date this calligraphy set. My guess is that it dates back in the 80s but I could be terribly wrong so I'm asking for your help. Cheers!
  8. Good day to all! Could anyone throw light on the following - Would the section of a regular Sheaffer Connaisseur fit the Sheaffer Asia Series bamboo fountain pen body?? The sections of both these pens look almost similar. My second query is whether the section of a Sheaffer No Nonsense would fit in any of these pens....although I have heard that a No Nonsense nib would definitely fit both these pens... Help on the above would be greatly appreciated! Regards, SS
  9. I was in my local Staples the other day and I was surprised to see some new Sheaffer No nonsense calligraphy pens in red, yellow and black. They are different from the traditional NN as these have a slanted top, an ink window to show the level of ink left in the cartridge (similar to the Lamy Safari) and a dimpled rubber grip. They come in three nib sizes: 1.1mm, 1.5mm and 1.9mm. They are $6.95. I figured those looking for cheap italic nibs and fans of the NN would be curious to know about these new Sheaffers at their local Staples. Also, they had some Sheaffer 100 ballpoints in stock too including the Friends of Winter version. http://i966.photobucket.com/albums/ae149/thefancyman/f7c5c8c3-1314-49df-9acb-309e409c04c0_zpsef202778.jpg Edit: Sorry, I found out these are not NoNonsense pens, but they still look nice.
